POLICIES
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products for up to
90 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know immediately
if a product does not meet your expectations. Because of the
selection of products we offer, your body therapist or esthetician
will be able to suggest an excellent alternative to meet your
needs. We are committed to your satisfaction!
Cancellation Policy
We know that our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation
policy is designed to give you maximum flexibility. When canceling
appointments, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance
to change or cancel appointments. There is no charge for canceling
services if the spa is notified 24 hours in advance or if
the service is rescheduled. Guests who do not show up for
their scheduled appointments and who do not give the spa any
advanced notice may result in future appointments requiring
pre-payment with a credit card. We do understand that emergencies
happen and we will work with you the best we can to accommodate
you accordingly.
Late Arrival
If you are running late, a phone call is greatly appreciated.
Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment,
which will end as originally scheduled so that the next appointment
may begin on time. For some treatments however, late arrivals
cannot be accommodated and will need to be rescheduled.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Upon your arrival at Floating Feather® we request that
you turn off both your cell phone and pager.
Children
We welcome children to participate in our salon and spa services.
However, as a courtesy to our guests and as a safety precaution,
we respectfully request that children without an appointment
do not accompany you to your scheduled service. If you find
that you have a conflict, we will be happy to reschedule your
appointment for a better time.
Errors
We strive to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information
on our Web site at all times. However, there may be occasions when
some of the information featured on our Web site may contain incomplete
data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Errors are wholly unintentional
and we apologize if incorrect information is reflected in price, or
availability of goods or services. We present our content "as
is" and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied.
We reserve the right to amend errors or to update information at any
time without prior notice.
